Tiana Huey is the Director of Airline Traffic Management at NACA. In this role, she is embedded at the Federal Aviation Administration ATC System Command Center in Warrenton, Virginia, working collaboratively to facilitate seamless communication between NACA member carriers and FAA on all pertinent traffic management initiatives, and to implement appropriate solutions to operational problems while maintaining the safety and integrity of the National Airspace System.
Before joining NACA in October 2023, Tiana served as an Air Traffic Control Specialist for Midwest ATC, directing airborne and ground traffic to ensure safe airport operations using her expert knowledge of FAA standards and procedures. Before joining Midwest, Tiana served in the U.S. Air Force in similar roles at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst in New Jersey and Pyeongtang-Si in the Republic of South Korea.
Tiana is studying for a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics with a Minor in Air Traffic Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, graduating in the Fall of 2024.
